Challenges you might be facing
Whatever brings you here today; relationship issues, depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, loss, or feelings of loneliness, a therapeutic relationship can be beneficial in exploring how you arrived at this point in your life today.
Together, we will facilitate your ongoing growth in order to make the changes needed to live a fuller and more fruitful life.
It is never too early or too late to begin therapy!
What happens in a therapy session
Whether you are starting therapy for the first time or returning from a break, I believe therapy is the beginning of new possibilities.
There is no one size fits all…we all have our own unique reasons for starting therapy.
Through open and honest conversation we will explore unconscious patterns of behaviour, while also gaining a deeper understanding of how you became who you are today, and the challenges you may be facing at this time in your life.
Becoming more consciously aware of things you previously were not aware of, enriching your relationships, and growing in ways you didn’t know were even possible, are just a few things people experience in therapy.
Feel free to call me for a brief, free, phone consultation (416-451-2738) or email me ([email protected]) with any questions. I look forward to hearing from you!
