Are you looking for a change in your life? your work? your relationships? Therapy can help you. We will be exploring what makes you depressed, anxious, angry, overwhelmed and we will try to understand the origins of it. We will work through and process wounds from the past and present. As your therapist, I will accompany you in the journey of finding yourself with the aim of living a contented and fulfilling life.
I was initially trained as an engineer and worked in the field for 23 years. This gave me a vast insight into human relations. As I worked managing large teams of people, I found myself passionate about what makes people who they are, how they relate, how they feel, and why. I decided to pursue a Psychotherapy program. I graduated from the Center for Training in Psychotherapy, where I completed 13 years of comprehensive study and training in psychodynamic psychotherapy. Today, I have 9 years’ experience in my Psychotherapy Practice in Toronto, Ontario. I am a full member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT).
Finally, let me share with you that my psychotherapy journey has been one of the most exciting and fulfilling endeavors of my life.

My therapy modality is “psychodynamic psychotherapy”. You might recognize it as “talk therapy”. I usually recommend meeting once a week for 50 minutes. During these sessions, we will focus on what is more urgent to you: whether it is a present or a past issue, your feelings, your frustrations, fears, and desires. My purpose is to provide a safe, open, honest, and confidential space where you can talk about yourself and what is happening for you.
Although I reside in Toronto, I only offer online and phone sessions at present.
