It is my privilege, as a therapist, to join you as you seek a deeper understanding of who you are, what it is you need to move forward, and discover what you need to experience a sense of wholeness. Our journey will focus on creating the internal and external space for you to uncover old patterns and reach for new desires

Online Therapy

My own extensive journey through therapy has been profound. This has led to my desire to offer support to others as a psychotherapist. My international background and experiences, along with my training in languages, movement, performance, and voice is the basis for my holistic view about how the mind and body teach, support and struggle with each other. My education as a psychotherapist is rooted in the Centre for Training in Psychotherapy, Toronto. This has given me a strong academic foundation and full immersion in various theories. Because of the highly experiential elements of this training, I have spent a number of years on my own development, allowing me to respect and appreciate what it means to reach out, enter into, and stay the course. I have additional certification in Birth and Perinatal Trauma.

My hope is to help you find an internal alignment in a way that will increase your sense of ease within yourself and the world around you.

What happens in a therapy session

Together, we will focus on the relational and subjective aspects of your experiences. This entails a great deal of listening on my part and the offering of questions for us to further explore. As we work we will keep in mind the following: the words we use, the thoughts we create, our physiological responses, what/how we eat, how we rest, how we entertain ourselves, how we move, and how we breath. Our connection to all of these things both instruct and mirror how we relate to ourselves and those around us. Keeping body, mind, personal history and present day at the centre of our work offers us a rich selection of information from which we can identify what continues to be useful, what is no longer needed, and what it is you want as you mindfully create your life. I do believe you carry much of what you need already within you, and together we will uncover what these things are and discover a deeper connection to your authentic self.
