We all too often find ourselves on a treadmill of stress, unprepared to make the changes which might enhance our lives. Seeking help in the form of professional treatment from a qualified Psychotherapist is a natural consequence of our desire to discover personal solutions to our perplexing issues – issues that can feel virtually insurmountable if they are not understood and dealt with.

Online, Couples or Family Therapy

I bring a unique outlook to my clients. Having spent the first 25 years of my career as a Bay Street banker with Canada’s largest international bank, I have observed transformations of the human spirit while witnessing many changing dynamics… characteristics that can often result in creating exhausting challenges.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Reg. # 1034) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario(CRPO). I am a graduate of Toronto’s renowned Centre for Training in Psychotherapy (CTP), having successfully completed their 7 year academic and clinical requirements. I have been practicing now for the last 20 years. I have completed both the Externship & Core Skills Advanced Training Programs for Couples Therapy from the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy. I am a member of the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT). I have also served on the Board of the Psychotherapy Referral Service (PRS) as its Secretary, Treasurer and President.

As a psychotherapist with a personal experience with prostate cancer, I have a unique perspective and hopefully a helpful one, on both the practical and emotional issues men must grapple with as they face this potentially life-changing diagnosis and treatment.
